10 Dialogues From Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM) Which Still Twinge Your Heart Out
By Vishal Aaditya Kundu
Like it or not, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has one of the best dialogues in a Bollywood film you will ever get to experience. The complicated story of love and friendship may have ended on a loose note, but the dialogues and music did hit the right chords.
The story of heartbreak goes through a roller-coaster ride in the film, from a good start to a silly end, with unnecessary characters, the needless story turns, brainless references, glitzy foreign locations and a bald Ranbir Kapoor. Well, I have got a lot to complain about the film, but there’s something we all loved. The dialogues and music.
The screenplay was the heart of the film which did some damage control at the end.
Johar is known to make such larger-than-life films, and his take on love and heartbreak has always been something we are still to discover. Channa Mereya became the national heartbreak anthem, or I guess it's still on top of the playlist of all sad songs of all time.
Whatever it may be, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil opened big and did extremely well at the box office. It's almost over one and a half years, the dialogues and the songs still remain a hit among the millennials. Here are some of the dialogues from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM) which still twinge our heart out, but we still love it —
