Wanna Slim You Cheeks? Try These Yogas Now

Chubby cheeks are not in fashion anymore. And it doesn’t go well with these modern days. Now chubby cheeks are actually a problem which makes people suffer. And if you are suffering too, then here is good news for you. Try these simple yoga exercises which will help you in slimming your face. Well, these yogas are damn effective to shed the extra fats of your face. Try these out –


1. Sit on your heels by folding your legs. And keep your spine straight and relaxed.
2. Closing your mouth, touch your palette with your tongue. Inhale a deep breath through your nose while your tongue is still touching your palette.
3. Exhale in one violent move while sticking out your tongue and opening your jaws as much as possible. Also, your arms should be thrown out and stretched with your fingers splayed.
4. Roar at the top of your voice while exhaling. The roar should be with a “Haa” sound and should not be a long drawn out one. Hold this pose for between 20 and 30 seconds.


1. Inhale deeply and hold the breath. Place the hands on the knees, lift the shoulders and tilt the body forward slightly, keeping the back straight.
2. Press the chin firmly against the chest or between the collarbones so that the windpipe and oesophagus are firmly closed.
3. Raise the head and with a long exhalation return to the starting position.
4. The breath should only be held for as long as easily possible. Consult a Doctor before practicing if there is an existing thyroid problem.


1.  Sit in any comfortable position, crossed legged or Padmasana. 
2.  Press the tip of the tongue against the upper palate. With the tongue still sticking to the roots of the upper teeth, open the mouth completely.
3.  Feel a good stretch at the facial and throat region. Eyes can be kept gently closed.
4.  Breathe through nostrils only.  Repeat 4-5 times. Thereafter release of tongue lock and close the mouth.


1. You just have to make your face like a fish.
2. Suck your cheeks and lips inwards and then try to smile, so that your cheeks and jaws can feel the pressure.



1. Bend your head backward and make sure that your eyes are towards the ceiling.
2. Now pull out your lips and blow air. Try these repeatedly.


1. First smile broadly.
2. Now place the middle and index fingers on both of your cheeks and try to push your cheeks with the fingers towards your eyes. Hold this position for a while.
The easiest and best way of slimming your face is smiling. Just smile as wide as you can.
