Constipation is actually curse. And only a man having constipation can feel the pain. Remember Piku’s father? Yeah, constipation can ruin your life. You are having plans, parties or meetings but all your concentration is in your abdomen which is not desirable. In constipation there is an irritable movement of bowel, rather it becomes difficult. And all these mainly happen due to your poor choice of diet. Yes, there must be lack of water or fibre in your diet. Well, here are some easy homemade juices that can get you relief from daily trouble in the morning. It also increases your water intake indirectly. Have a look –

ORANGE JUICE

Ingredients

Orange – 1
Flaxseed oil – 1 tsp.
Black salt

Chop the orange properly and blend it with very little amount of water. Pour into a glass and add the flaxseed oil and stir well. Now add a pinch of black salt.


PRUNE JUICE

Ingredients

Prunes – 5-6
Warm water – 1 cup
Honey – ½ tsp.
Cumin powder – ½ tsp.

Let the prunes soak for 5 min in warm water. Then remove the pith and blend the remaining prunes in the blender. Add sufficient water and a little amount of honey and cumin powder. And it’s ready to drink.


MOLASSES JUICE

Ingredients

Blackstrap molasses – 1 tsp.
Warm water – ½ cup

Have the warm water in a cup and add 1 or 2 tsp. Of blackstrap molasses. Mix well. And it’s ready. 


APPLE JUICE

Ingredients

Apple – 1
Fennel powder – ½ tsp.
Water – ½ cup

Remove the seeds from the apple and the outer layer. Now chop it in small pieces and blend the apple pieces in a blender with adequate amount of water. Add some fennel powder and stir well.

DENDELION JUICE

Ingredients

Dried dandelion leaves – 1-2 tsp.
Warm water – 1 cup

Pour the hot water into a cup then add the dried dandelion leaves. Keep it for 6-10 min. Then drink the water 3 times a day.


LEMON JUICE

Ingredients

Lemon – 1
Honey – 1 tsp.
Cumin powder – ½ tsp.
Warm water – 1 cup

First remove the seeds from lemon and extract the juice into a cup of warm water. Add honey and little amount of cumin powder. Stir well.


ALOEVERA JUICE

Ingredients

Aloevera
Warm water

Make one cup of Aloevera juice. Or there are many other readymade Aloevera juices. You can try that too.


PEAR JUICE

Ingredient

Pears – 2
Lime juice – 2 tsp.
Black salt

First remove the pith from the pears. Then chop the pears and let it blend. Now have a glass, pour it, and add the lime juice and a little amount of black salt. Well, it’s ready.

These drinks are amazingly effective as the ingredients are very much rich in fibre that improves your bowel movement. So, have any one of these, once in a day and say good bye to constipation.
