The dramatic match on Sunday between the 5 times world champion Brazil and novice Switzerland withstood a 1-1 draw i n Rostov Stadium, Russia. Fans are getting a full dose of excitement and thrills against their expectations in the fierce ongoing FIFA as in last weekend Germany was unexpectedly defeated by 1-0 by Mexico.    

First Half - Coutinho Makes An Opening!

In the first, Brazil seemed pretty dominating Swiss as the awesome opening goal hit by Philippe Coutinho to make everyone present in the stadium cheered!  And after that Brazil seemed in a comfortable position and dismissed every single attempt for Swiss resurrection. But it failed to score further winning goals against the novice Switzerland which was unexpected as Coutinho holds the record for taking his national side to victory in which he has scored a goal.

Second Half- Brazil's Lead Shattered By Equaliser!

The second half was more exciting as the under pressure team Switzerland was planning to hit an equaliser and the same much desired was hit by Swiss player Steven Zuber equaliser( 50th Minute) put the game off for the football maestro  Brazil and pays for the  failure by not taking away the day against Swiss. Now pressure is mounting on Brazil as the nation is heading to face Costa Rica on Friday 23rd June '18.  It was hard and unexpexted for the cheering fans inside the stadium and millions watching on television across to witness a flat draw. As Brazil is the same country that thrashed Germany by tremendously huge 7-1 margin in their own home soil in the '14 FIFA cup.

The Brazilian forward player Neymar grabbed attention from Brazilian fans as he succeeded in causing Fabian Schar, Stephen Liechtensteiner to get yellow card from the referee however Brazil's attempts to lead to victory were shattered by Zuber last moment equaliser header. As a matter of fact Swiss could not make any threat for Brazil until when Zuber cunningly make advantage of gaping hole to pass the football to Shaqiri's corner.

Later Brazil complained of being angry with not penalizing Zuber for slightly pushing Miranda while scoring the goal. Well, this is FIFA battle and a lot more unexpected and thrilling would continue to happen to till the FIFA most awaited final on 15th July '18!
