“Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ Set to Roar at the Box Office: Early Booking Numbers and State-wise Anticipation”

Ranbir Kapoor’s new movie, “Animal,” is set to hit theaters on December 1, and based on early box office reports, fans are eagerly anticipating the action-packed film. The advance booking numbers for the first day look promising, and there’s a possibility that it might become Ranbir’s biggest opening ever.

The film is gaining traction not only in Hindi but also in Telugu and Tamil. Hindi advance bookings are estimated at around Rs 5.87 crore, with over 176,000 tickets booked for 5570 shows nationwide. The Telugu version has earned about Rs 54.29 lakh from 33,453 tickets, and the Tamil version has made an estimated Rs 32,740 from 341 tickets.

The overall All India earnings stand at Rs 6.42 Crore, indicating a strong start on its debut day. The film has reportedly sold over 2 lakh tickets so far.

The state-wise advance bookings show significant collections in Maharashtra, with a total advance of Rs 92.08 lakh and Rs 1.2 crore considering blocked seats. Karnataka follows with earnings of Rs 60.91 lakh and an estimated Rs 75.51 lakh, including blocked seats. Uttar Pradesh has also reported good business, with an advance booking of Rs 28.84 lakh and an estimated Rs 46.21 lakh from blocked seats.

Leading up to the release, Ranbir has actively promoted the action thriller, even traveling to the south to expand its reach. During promotions, he explained the film’s title, “Animal,” stating that it reflects the protagonist’s instinctive behavior to protect his family. The film, certified ‘A’ by the CBFC, also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles.
